The Global Health Office will be presenting a monthly Speaker Series to inspire and inform health professionals, students and the community to become more involved in global health. The speakers will include both global and local experts who have experience with issues or activities pertaining to global health.
The objectives of the series are are:
- To educate faculty, staff and students at Dalhousie University about issues pertaining to global health.
- To illustrate the relationship between local and global health issues.
- To provide a venue for local experts in global health to showcase their activities.
- To educate faculty, staff and students at Dalhousie University about health systems and health care delivery in different contexts.
